Online Appointment
I use an Online Appointment system since it's so much easier than playing phone tag with each other.
There are a few things you should know about the system:
It is setup to schedule each of my office locations:
Boulder: Monday, Tuesday and Thursday.
Denver: Wednesday and Friday
If you click on a Monday you'll only be able to make an appointment in Longmont.
To bring up the times available click on a Date and the Service "Rolfing/Cranial Sacral then click on the 60 min. tab. The available times will come up for the selected date. After you make the appointment, you will receive a confirmation email to the address you specify. In this email you will receive a confirmation code, which you should record in case you need to cancel the appointment online. You will also receive an automatic reminder email 48 hours before the appointment. The office your appointment is scheduled for is listed. These emails will come from Integrated Body Therapies, my business name.
Since this software has to work with some rules, it only schedules along the specifications I set for it. If there is something that you need to change, i.e. an appointment time at 2:15 pm. instead of 2:30, make the best appointment here and leave me a note or call me and I'll see if I can accommodate it.
The software is also set up to show Rolfing/Craniosacral as one item. Your appointment with me will be for which ever of these two modalities you tell me. All of the information you enter on this schedule is confidential and will not be shared with anyone else. When you make the appointment, there will be a place for you send a note to me if you like. Only available appointment times for a particular day will show up on the schedule as possible choices (arrows at the start time).
